Partnerships file Form 1065 or Form 1065-B or request an automatic extension by filing Form 7004.


IR-2017-140, Sept. 1, 2017 — The Internal Revenue Service today announced that the Summer 2017 Statistics of Income Bulletin is available on IRS.gov. The Statistics of Income (SOI) Division produces the online Bulletin quarterly, providing the most recent data available from various tax and information returns filed by U.S. taxpayers.

IR-2017-138, Aug. 30, 2017 — The Internal Revenue Service today announced that 401(k)s and similar employer-sponsored retirement plans can make loans and hardship distributions to victims of Hurricane Harvey and members of their families. This is similar to relief provided last year to Louisiana flood victims and victims of Hurricane Matthew.
